Tyler Shields CONTROVERSIAL New Photo Shoot With Heather Morris

So . . . Tyler Shields. You’ll probably only recognize the name if you’ve seen/heard about the previous photo shoots he did with my fave Celeb Lindsay Lohan. Well, now, he’s detached himself from LiLo and employed the talents of another young actress whose name you may not be familiar with, but whose face you’re sure to recognize: Heather Morris, who plays the ditzy blonde Brittany on Glee.

In a recent shoot with Tyler Shields, Heather Morris appears as her usual blonde self, but with an extra element painted across her face: a grotesque/slightly glamorous black eye. And the photos have people in a huge frenzy.

In my opinion, there are three ways to achieve fame: 1, do something no one else has done before you; 2, do something better than someone has before you; and number 3, generate some good ol’ fashioned controversy. It might seem like to some people that our lil’ photog friend opted for door number 3.

Tyler Shields is an up and coming photographer (not the paparazzi kind), but no way has he achieved the status of other famous artists, such as Anne Leibovitz, who works to depict Celebs in all their famous glory. While some individuals actually love his new work, there are many individuals who’ve stated that he’s working to “glamorize the pains of domestic abuse. . .” and “perpetuate the images of battered women.”

I think this is a perfect example of the question artists asks themselves time and time again: When creating art, should one temper their artistic vision when dealing with controversial subject matter? It’s a tricky — near impossible — question to answer with absolute certainty. Art is meant to evoke emotions — whether positive or negative, that’s up to the viewer to decide. I won’t give my personal opinion on this issue, as that’s not the purpose of this blog, but Tyler Shield’s work continues to do just that: make people react.

So . . . is he a talented artist? I think so, very much indeed. Is his work ethical and/or morally just? Well, that’s up for you to decide.

New GLEE Season 3 Promo — Take A Look!

Attention all GLEEks . . . Calling all GLEEks. A new promo for the upcoming season of Glee has been circulating around the internet, and for all you ardent fans out there who haven’t yet sniffed out this lil’ gem of a trailer, I wanted very much to deliver it to you.

As expected, there’s tons of icy-blue slushie-tastic projectiles, as well as glitter bombs and tons of borderline ~~annoying~~ fantastic singing. Rumor has it (or, I guess it’s sort of been confirmed now by the show) that the Glee squad will be welcoming some new students. Are you excited to slowly meet some new cast members?

Honestly, I’m always a little weary about new characters — in any show — and especially when producers are attempting to slowly get their viewers familiar with new characters for a spin-off. Because, essentially, that’s what another season of Glee (without any of the original cast members) would be: a spin-off. And how do spin-offs usually end up fairing in this fictional-story-lovin’-world of ours? Unfortunately, they usually end up just spinning out of control. Sad day.

I know we still have a full new season with the characters we all know and love to look forward to in the coming months, but how many of you will still watch when the producers graduate the seniors of McKinley High for good?

Taylor Swift & Reese Witherspoon Chat About Shared Ex Jake Gyllenhaal

Taylor Swift was said to be gossiping with Reese Witherspoon about their shared ex-boyfriend, actor, Jake Gyllenhaal!

After Jake and Taylor went their separate ways, we thought that she was really broken up about it. Reese even dated him for a longer time span, but when the two girls got together, they were dishing the dirt on their ex. Oh, to be a fly on the wall!

Reese and Taylor had lunch at Boa Steakhouse in L.A. on August 26th where they discussed their famous actor ex. A source said, “They talked about how vain and self-absorbed Jake can be. They laughed about it.”

Will this be one for Taylor to make a song about? Or does she only reserve that for her ex-boyfriends? I have a feeling that this story wreaks of inaccuracies. Taylor only dated Jake for two months, but Reese had him for two years. I can’t imagine the only thing to come out of either relationship was some comments about how much of a jerk he is.

Dr. Luke Tweets About The Release Of Ke$ha’s New Album!

After one of Ke$ha‘s fans asked Dr. Luke, songwriter and record producer, when Ke$ha’s new album would be coming out, he replied with a tweet that said “not this year…. close to May….”

Looks like we’re going to have to wait a tad longer people for all the fantastic glitter-tastic Ke$ha. She is supposedly taking her new album in a different direction, with more of a rock-influenced tone. Hmm. . . That’ll be interesting, won’t it?

How many of you out there are Ke$ha fans?

Kim, Khloe & Kourtney Kardashian Get Photoshopped Wearing Lingerie (Photo)

Was this ad for the Kardashian Kollection Photoshopped in the dark?!? That’s what millions of readers (okay, maybe it’s just me) want to know!

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian stripped down for famed photographer, Annie Leibovitz to create this monstrosity. Now, we’re sure that when this photograph left Annie’s office, it didn’t look anything near what this creation is. The question is, who did this awful Photoshop work and why aren’t they fired?!?

Firstly, the only one who actually looks normal is Kourtney. Secondly, they must’ve stood Kim on a stool so that she can appear to be the same height as Kim. Thirdly, Khloe looks like a constipated Wookie (apologies to Wookie’s everywhere). Fourthly, what on Earth happened to Kim’s face? Not only does she look like she’s from a different heritage completely, but her face doesn’t even match the color of her body at all. Her chin looks like it’s been carved off and her head bolted back on to someone else’s body.

Does seeing these three famewhores is nearly nothing make you want to run out and buy what they’re peddling? We’re curious.

Also, if Julia Roberts’ ads can get banned in the U.K., then why can’t we do the same thing? This most definitely would promote an unhealthy body image, don’t you think? Especially when you know for a fact that Kim’s butt is larger than that in real life.

Kris Humphries Knows Kim Kardashian Is A Ho But He Doesn’t Care!

Kris Humphries who married Kim Kardashian and is now part of the KarTRASHian family says he does not care that his wife has slept with every man in La La land! As a matter of face Kris knows about his wife’s sex tape with Ray J and he could care less. No surprise there, he really does not seem to have much in the brain department. Don’t you see the Beverly Hillbillies, Jethro Bodine’s resemblance?

TMZ has more: “In fact, we’re told Kris truly had “no idea” who Ray J was when Kim’s sex tape partner sat next to the NBA star on a recent flight from L.A. to New Orleans. But after a few hours on the plane, Ray J finally approached Kris and said, “Come on, You know who I am … I just want to say congratulations.” Kris reportedly replied, “Oh yeah, yeah I know who you are.”

No surprise at all, after all Kim married him for three reason: he is enormous and that helps her to appear smaller; he is rich and famous; he is largly brainless and week-willed so she can control him and woops there is a forth reason his name starts with K.

I wonder why he married her? Love ……. doubt it, he probably enjoys all the attention….. What do you think true love? Or…

Tired And Haggard Looking Venus Williams Withdraws From US Open

Venus Williams got some very bad news when she learned that she has the autoimmune disease Sjogren's Syndrome. Although she is still a great athlete with a big heart Venus was forced to pull out of the U.S. Open after being diagnosed with the illness.

Venus, 31, released a statement about her disease on Aug. 31: “I have recently been diagnosed with Sjogren's Syndrome – I wish I could continue but right now I am unable to. I am thankful I finally have a diagnosis and am now focused on getting better and returning to the court soon.”

The illness is known to drain those who suffer from it of their energy and can also causes severe joint pain. Not the type of thing a championship athlete can just take in her stride.

We hope Venus is able to recover and get back to the courts but Sjogren’s is incurable. Steroid therapy can help but of course has dangerous side effects of its own. Venus is young to have the disease which usually strikes women in their late 40′s.

Which Kardashian Will Win The Baby Race: Kim & Khloe Both Desperate

We all know what Kim Kardashian, 30, is like, she has to be the main one in the public eye. She tolerates her other sisters as long as they are in her shadow. So it is no surprise that now that she has married Kris Humphries she is stepping up the race to have a baby before sister Khloe Kardashian, 27.

Rumor has it that Kim and Kris started trying for a baby on their mini Honeymoon in Italy. A source said: 'It’s now a playful competition between the girls to see who can get pregnant first. Kim and Kris will be having plenty of fun doing it!’

After all the money Kim made from getting married she wants another source of income and what better than a new Karadshian princess to pimp out.

Meanwhile sister Khloe who has been married to Lamar Odom, 31, for two years now have been trying to have a baby with no success. So who will win the baby race? My guess is Kim! What do you think? Sound out in the comments below.

Jennifer Aniston Protecting Justin Theroux From Angelina Jolie?

Is Jennifer Aniston keeping Justin Theroux under wraps because she doesn’t want to lose another good man to the predations of Angelina Jolie?

Believe it or not several Hollywood gossip blogs are making this conjecture – about the extent of Jennifer’s fear and jealousy of Angelina – because the couple rarely come out in public.

So the question needs to be asked: Is Jen trying to keep Justin to herself so that Angelina doesn’t take him away?

In an increasingly rare glimpse Jennifer and Justin were caught leaving an office building in Los Angeles both looking laid-back and stylish as they got into Justin’s Audi.

The couple haven’t been seen much since they moved in together about a month ago. It seems like Jennifer Aniston is trying to keep her romance with Justin Theroux low profile.

Jennifer think that she deserves some happiness in her life, especially after being forced to see Angelina and Brad parade around the globe with their brood of kids. It must be painful for Jen.

Once bitten, twice shy says Jennifer to herself – ‘No way I’m losing Justin to Angelina… or anyone else’!

Brad Pitt Ponies Up For Pet Ponies And A Horse

Brad Pitt is the doting dad and the attentive ‘husband’ at least where pets are concerned. Brad has bought Shetland ponies for all of his children and a horse for Angelina Jolie.

The ponies are currently enjoying the lovely surroundings and care provided at Brad and Jolie’s luxurious Chateau in the South of France.

Brad purchased the pretty ponies so that his children can learn the essential 21st century skill of horseback riding – you never know, perhaps one of the little Jolie-Pitt kids will want to join the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Brad and Angelina can already ride, but he decided that their kids – Vivienne, Knox, Shiloh, Zahara, Pax and Maddox should also know how to pilot a pony.

A source close to Brad says: “Brad ummed and ahhed about it for a while but decided to go for it. He wasn’t sure whether they’d find the time as training the children will take a lot of man-hours but thinks it will be worth it in the long run. He thinks it’s best for them to learn how to ride while they’re young.”

The source added, “Their place is huge. They have loads of fields all around the property. Their driveway is three miles long and lined with impressive fountains. They’ve got a new pool with slides as well now.”

Its good to see that Hollywood superstars can still make a living without resorting to TV acting.

Cher Goes On The Offensive Over Chaz’s DWTS Participation

You can’t be Cher‘s daughter – and then change from being a female to a male and become Cher’s son – without getting attention. Now that it has been announced that Chaz Bono will be a contestant on this season’s Dancing With The Stars the controversy has begun.

I didn’t know that Chaz was being attacked but apparently Cher thinks that he is and she took to Twitter as follows: “Lovelies – Chaz is Being Viciously Attacked on Blogs & Message boards about being on DWTS! This is Still America right? It took guts 2 do it.“

Cher continued: “I support him no matter what he chooses 2do! God! will here always be haters! It took COURAGE 2 do dwts! TG Chaz has Unlimited supply.”

Cher then asked for people to support her transgendered son: “Can u guys check out sites & give him your support ? BTW …Mothers don’t stop Getting angry with stupid bigots who fk with their children!”

Confident in her son’s ability to win over the hearts of America, Cher wrote: “Bet VAST MAJORITY of People will LOVE CHAZ on DWTS ! & it’s took Fkg Guts 2! Chaz isn’t exactly the “Gotta Dance Gotta Dance” kinda Guy.”
