The band uses Afro-beat music to create and promote appreciation for cultural diversity, respect for life, unity and love, in contribution to making the world a peaceful place to live.

performing artist with over 17 years of experience as an African drummer,
dancer, actor, singer, composer and eight years as the band leader of The
Image Afro-beat Band. Inspired by legendary Afro-beat music founder, Fela
Kuti, The Image Afro-beat Band performs all original music composed by
Baoku. There are so many great things to be said about this band, but the
most important is that their music carries with them the messages of love,
hope, peace and unity.
